When you look at the mortgage rates we are still at all time lows.   Everyone keeps talking about the bubble and it burst, but if that is true then why are buyers not flocking to purchase a home when you can negotiate just about anything?   Two years ago you could not ask for anything as a buyer, you were lucky to get an accepted offer if you gave full price, but now with the market soft buyers have more room to budge than ever before.   Yes prices are higher but if you really take a close look most sellers are having to accept a lower price to get their homes sold.   Most sellers should have some equity in thier home with the way the values went up, but most sellers are still in the days of why should I have to give closing, or reduce my price, or paint the house?   So as a Real Estate Professional I see a great opportunity for buyers to go and buy a home you will be suprised what you can ask for!!
